Located in Barcelona’s 22@ technology district, the Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona is a 433-room hotel that, due to its proximity to the Barcelona International Convention Center and the Technology Hub, has meeting rooms, common areas and the Michelin-starred Aürt Bar. The building has undergone a complete renovation and the new design, a mixture of contemporary lines with influences of Gaudí’s Modernism, is the work of the London firm THDP Design. In this large-scale project, Frapont has carried out the carpentry work and furniture of the rooms, suites, meeting rooms and common areas, integrating woodwork, metal, upholstery and paint with very special finishes and high technical and aesthetic performance.
