The Hotel de Crillon, the emblematic palace on the Place de la Concorde in Paris underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2017, with the complete rehabilitation of its 124 rooms, lounges and common areas of classic design. This building, classified as a historical monument is steeped in history, and required great rigor in the working methods to achieve impeccable quality for the manufacture and installation of the cladding, doors and moldings developed by Frapont. Another work that Frapont has done in all the rooms has been the furniture, such as the minibar and vanity unit. To achieve elements up to the expectations of decorators Stylagos and Tristan Auer, the latter awarded “Creator of the Year” at the prestigious 2017 Maison&Object fair in Paris, Frapont has had to use all its resources and expertise in terms of materials integration.
