The Barcelonés office, Garces – De Seta – Bonet, projected in 2017 the spectacular reform of the Strasbourg Palace of Justice, respecting the original appearance of the building, both from an architectural and historical point of view.
In the heart of the palace, a completely new volume has been created that houses all the rooms necessary for the proper functioning of the institution, such as the audience rooms or the “Atrium” rooms.
Frapont has manufactured and installed the platforms, reception desks, libraries and benches throughout the complex.
This project stands out for the use of solid oak wood slats for the furniture of the audience rooms, as well as for its delicate selection of wood veneer to achieve uniformity between elements throughout the different environments of the building.
