Bespoke joinery and fit-out for the Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel

The rebirth of an icon on La Croisette

A Belle Époque jewel in the heart of the French Riviera and a listed historic monument, the Carlton hotel in Cannes reopened in March 2023 after a complete renovation. Interior architect Tristan Auer transformed this iconic hotel, which now operates under the Regent brand.

Mouldings, dado rails and 1,500 door sets

We took part in this renovation in the main building, known as the “Old Lady”. We supplied and installed more than 55,000 linear metres of mouldings, dado rails, architraves and skirting across the hotel’s seven floors.

We also delivered all 1,500 door sets: technical room entrance doors, fire doors with automatic closing devices, interior and connecting doors, and pocket doors.

Bespoke fit-out for suites and restaurant

Our client also entrusted us with the bespoke fit-out of the exclusive Katara and Sharon Stone suites: walk-in wardrobes, minibar units and headboards combining wood with other materials. Every detail was designed and made by our craftsmen, experts in turnkey fit-out.

At the RUYA restaurant, we produced the metal-finish elements: the pizza oven cladding and counter, and the bar shelving.

An exceptional project

An exceptional project in terms of total scope: material selection, with PEFC-certified timber, marble and metals with bespoke treatments, and compliance with safety and acoustic requirements. The Carlton Cannes shows our ability to manage large-scale projects. Find out more about our approach to sustainability.
