In the year 2022 Frapont has collaborated with Mandarin Oriental, a chain of hotels and luxury homes. Located in the heart of Barcelona, on Paseo de Gracia and almost diagonal, lies a tower of 75 meters high and 20 floors giving shape to one of the most prestigious residences in the world.
OAB Office of Architecture in Barcelona was the studio in charge of managing the project. For Frapont it was a special project as it was the first luxury home built here in Barcelona, where sophisticated details and special attention to the meetings and finishes were of utmost importance to reflect an authentic lifestyle that combines the comfort of the home itself with the unparalleled facilities and services of the world-renowned Mandarin Oriental brand.
Frapont equipped the interior of the rooms with technical, acoustic and fire resistant doors, the fixed wooden furniture with brass details, the wall coverings and the grooves and moldings on the ceilings of the rooms.
Frapont also manufactured the furniture, doors, window frames, acoustic panelling on the walls in the common areas.
